Roberta is a 22-year veteran in the developmental disability industry; 18 of those at Premier. She’s held every position imaginable from Human Resources Assistant to Habilitation Training Specialist, to her current role as Program Coordinator. “I got into this field because I wanted to help people to do the things they could not normally do for themselves,” she explained.
She also said she relishes being able to advocate for her clients and help them become the best they can be.
“One of the most rewarding things about working at Premier is seeing our clients get excited when they finally accomplish a task they have been working on,” Roberta said. “We consider our clients as part of our organization and we are all family here.” She went on to say she has stayed at Premier so long because she believes it is the “best company to work for in our industry.”
