This program is designed for multiple individuals who need community residential services outside of their family home to share a residence. Individuals receiving these services typically require an average of eight hours of direct support services daily.
Expenses associated with this living arrangement are typically split among the residents of the home.
The Supported Living program is only available to a member of the class certified in Case Number 85-C-437-E, United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma (former Hissom Memorial Center residents).
Service recipients typically live in privately owned or rental housing with Premier providing the necessary staffing, transportation and other support services.
