LeAnna has been working with developmentally disabled individuals for more than 11 years. As a House Manager, she says her first client had a profound impact on her – prompting her to choose this field as a full-time profession.
In early 2018 LeAnna joined Premier as a Program Coordinator.
“Premier is not such a huge organization which means we all know each other well and help each other out whenever we can,” she said. “My coworkers are like family now.”
She currently manages 25 clients and their staff.
