Tina Secondine celebrates 20 years at Premier

Congratulations to our Director of Programs (Bartlesville), Tina Secondine, for her 20 years of service and dedication to the developmental disabilities community. Tina has been an advocate of individuals with special needs her entire career and helped establish Premier Community Services as an organization that always puts its consumers first.
